If you’re struggling to keep up with your payments, you may be eligible for a reduction on your bill. In our promise to make sure customers are always treated fairly, we’ll mirror any social tariffs offered by the incumbent responsible for the water in your area. We’ll also match any eligibility criteria and unit pricing.

Medical certificates (if you’re applying for disability or illness related reductions)
About 15 minutes of your time to talk us through your situation and how we can support you best (you can also complete an e-form and send back it back to us if you’d prefer)
