Leep have a demonstrable track record of exemplary operations of utility networks across the UK, with an extensive portfolio of Residential, Industrial and Commercial Networks. We are able to provide a full Multi-Utility network adoption offering service for Electricity, Gas, Water & Waste Water Networks in return for Asset Value payments.
As we are truly an asset owner and do not undertake the Design and Build, we can work alongside all accredited contractors as a complementary partner.
Asset Values
As an asset owner, we are able to provide Asset Value payments calculated based on modelling the predicted future revenue of the networks. You will have a dedicated account manager from our experienced team who will be able to provide you with an accurate Asset Value evaluation. Water & Waste Water
As the UK’s largest Independent Water Provider, we are able to provide support for the adoption of both clean and waste water networks. With a full in house water team with over 50 years’ experience, we are able to provide expertise and advice on the flexible approach we’re able to take as opposed to the incumbent network operator. We are also able to provide a further contribution in addition to the incumbent network operator’s payments.
As a true asset owner, we are able to work with all accredited WERS Self-Lay Providers (SLPs) for network install as a complementary partner.
Electricity
We are able to work with all NERS accredited Independent Connections Providers (ICPs) in the adoption of Electricity networks for residential, industrial and commercial schemes across EHV through to LV connections. Our design specifications are based on the incumbent network operator’s specifications but we are able to consider innovative and flexible network design solutions to support your projects.
Gas
Having gained our Independent Gas Transporter (IGT) licence in 2019, we are able to undertake the adoption of gas networks with low, medium and intermediate pressures. With Smart Metering (SMETS 2) agreements in place with main suppliers, we are able to offer a choice of metered or non-metered solutions with Asset Value payments calculated based on build schedule and property types. We are also able to support your projects with bespoke design solutions.
As a true asset owner, we are able to work with all GIRS accredited Utility Infrastructure Providers (UIPs) for network install as a complementary partner.
