Made in Manchester Awards Nomination
Charlotte Caulfield, Leep Utilities EA/Corporate Services Manager, has been shortlisted for PA/EA of the Year at the Made in Manchester Awards.
Nominated by Leep’s Senior Management Team, Charlotte’s work over the last 12 months has been recognised with her adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges noted.
Discussing Charlotte’s nomination, Managing Director of Leep, Louise Manfredi, said: “I’ve worked closely with Charlotte over the past two years and it has been wonderful to see her develop within the role. It has been a pleasure to watch her grow alongside the business; she has played an integral part in the development of the business strategy, encompassing Leep’s mission, vision, values and strategic objectives.”
Caulfield commented: “I’m really lucky that in my current role I’ve been able to gain such a wide range of experience and work at such a high level with our board and shareholders. It is really exciting to be part of such a rapidly growing business; since first joining Leep in 2017, I’ve had the opportunity to manage a small team and take part in additional training to help me develop my skill set.”
Leep Utilities has been through a period of substantial growth over the past 12 months, with the acquisition of SSE Water and the business recently obtaining an Independent Gas Transporter licence, both strengthening the business’ multi-utility adoption offering.
