LEEP UTILITIES COVID-19 STATEMENT
Leep Utilities has undertaken extensive planning to ensure our ability to continue providing the highest levels of service at this difficult time. The safety of our staff, our contractors, our customers and their families is of upmost importance to the business and we felt it important to highlight our response to the situation.
As a business, we remain committed to providing ‘straightforward connections’ for our customers, as a result we are working to ensure we are able to continue operating and delivering the level of service our customers have come to expect. Our IT team have worked tirelessly to ensure that our teams are able to continue working from home as we have closed our offices in line with the latest government guidance.
At this time, all essential maintenance work and onsite work is planned to go ahead as scheduled, with our teams working in line with the latest Public Health England and Government guidance. Any non-essential maintenance will be postponed and rescheduled at a later date.
Leep Utilities is taking the current Covid-19 outbreak seriously and are continuing to prioritise the health and wellbeing of all our staff. We have implemented a number of practical measures, including closing both our MediaCityUK and Reading offices, the cancellation of all upcoming business travel and the postponement of all physical meetings. We will continue to take guidance from the Government and Public Health England and monitor all developments closely.
