Throughout the pandemic Leep Utilities has remained committed to providing vital utilities services. We continue to operate our electricity, water and heat networks as usual, serving homes and businesses with essential services.
As ever, we are taking guidance from the government and Public Health England and continue to adapt our protocols in line with their current recommendations. To maintain our vital utility services, we are carrying out necessary maintenance work, alongside routine operations, and work on new developments.
The safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers continues to be our top priority. We are working closely with our team to ensure they have the appropriate PPE to visit sites under construction whilst abiding by the necessary social distancing measures.
In light of the government’s most recent advice, the majority of our employees continue to work remotely but our office remains open to accommodate our Customer Service Team, who remain available to help with all enquiries.
